Bolted type crane rail clamp is mainly composed of seven parts: base, upper cover, wear-resistant shaft, flat washer, bolt, nut, and nut.

Product Description

Crane rail clip can be divided into WJK series rail clamps, SWJK series rail clamps and HWJK series rail clamps. TG38, TG43, TG50, TG60, QU70, QU80, QU100 and QU120 rail clamps are composed of a base, an upper cover, a wear-resistant shaft and an elastic flat washer.

The clamp is an important crane rail fastener. The upper part of the pressure plate is pressed on the crane rail and the lower part is fixed on the crane rail plate. It is used to clamp the crane rail and fix it to the crane base plate.

There are two ways to fix the crane rail clips. One is to fix the rail bolt, that is, to embed it in the steel plate in the concrete; the other is to fix it by welding, usually welded on the I-beam. Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages and is suitable for different situations.

The materials of the crane rail clamp are Q235 forgings, ZG 35 cast steel, QT 500-7 cast iron, and can also be customized according to user requirements.
