Product Description

The type V rail fastening system consists of spiral spikes, flat washers, spring bars (W2, X3, A type), gauge baffles, rail pads (rubber pads, composite pads), plastic pins, and height adjustment pads located in the prestressed concrete shoulder sleepers, which are used to adjust the height of the rails.
This fastener system is improved on the basis of the original spring bar I, II type fasteners and spring bar I type height adjustment fasteners, keeping the size and position of the existing sleeper bearing rail groove unchanged.

Based on the original fastener structure, the fastener system focuses on optimizing the following aspects:

Improving the insulation performance of the fastener system;
Improving the fatigue performance of the spring bar;
Considering the simultaneous installation of a small buckling pressure spring, the rod and composite pad with a small friction coefficient act as a small resistance fastener.

Mechanical requirements for fastener components:

The elastic force range of a single rail clip of 13mm is ≥11kN;
The left and right position adjustment of a single rail: -4～+2mm, the gauge adjustment: -8～+4mm;
The pull-off force of the embedded iron seat is not less than 60kN.

Structural features of the V-type elastic clip system

The fastener is a bolt fastener system, which is an elastic and inseparable fastener with the concrete shoulder of the sleeper. The fastener has the following structural features:

1. The spring bar adopts spiral nail and sleeve fastener to improve the insulation performance of the fastener system.

2. A variety of spring bars can be installed, both large and small spring bars can be installed. Track pad (rubber pad or rubber pad)

3. The rail insulator made of engineering plastic is used to adjust the track gauge and insulation, reduce the number of fastener parts, and avoid affecting the stress state of the spiral spike when adjusting the track gauge;

4. The track height adjustment is achieved by inserting a heightening pad between the rail pad and the concrete sleeper support surface.

5. Technical requirements for the support sleeper interface
The technical requirements of the sleeper interface fastener system are mainly the type and size of the bearing groove and the embedding position and accuracy of the embedded sleeve in the sleeper. Type IIIa and shoulder-carrying prestressed concrete sleepers only need to embed the embedded sleeve at the original nail hole position, and the elastic V-type fastener system can be used with it.

Application

The V-type spring clip fastener system is suitable for laying 60kg/m rails on ballasted high-speed railways, including:

1) High-speed railways with a rated speed of 350km/h and using mobile units (maximum axle weight of 170kN);

2) High-speed railways with a rated speed of 250km/h and using mobile units (maximum axle weight of 170kN), which can take into account a small number of ordinary passenger cars (maximum axle weight of locomotives 230kN) and a small number of freight cars (maximum axle weight of 230kN).
