Product Description

The unique screw design of Ss35 makes it tightly engaged with the sleeper and can firmly lock the rail. Suitable for high-speed rail, subway, light rail and other railway tracks, Ss35 screw spikes produced by Gnee have super strong fastening force to ensure that the rails do not move during long-term operation and ensure the safe operation of trains.

Gnee produces according to GB/TB, AREA, UIC, BS, DIN, ASTM and AS standards. Our railroad spikes are mainly produced by hot forging, and the threads are hot rolled using a special threading machine. We also produce metric threads, BS, BSW, TR threads or round threads.

Thread Specification	M24×195 Upper thread: M24, with the basic dimensions in line with the regulations of GB196. The thread tolerance is manufactured according to the 8g specified in GB197. Lower thread: Special M25.6×6—d24.0/25.6 thread, with the thread height being 3.25—0.25mm.
Technical Requirements	Comply with the regulations of GB700.
Tensile Test	When the load is 130kN, the screw spike shall not be pulled apart.
Surface Quality	The forging burst cracks on the truncated cone surface are not allowed to extend to the shaft body. The upper thread shall not have bumps and burrs that prevent the thread gauge from freely screwing in, and double thread tips, scratches and incomplete threads that affect the use are not allowed. The lower thread should have neat thread shapes and complete threads, and splitting marks are not allowed. The surface shall not have dents, burrs, flash, burns and oxide scales that affect the use.
