The railway J hook bolt is bent in a “J” shape, with a threaded straight rod section and a 180° hook at the end. The hook is buried deep in the concrete, relying on friction + mechanical locking to fix the track. It is not easy to loosen under vibration, and is particularly suitable for railway tracks and crane tracks with high-frequency vibration.
Gnee’s J hook bolt has undergone rigorous testing. Its hook structure disperses stress, and its tensile strength reaches the limit of steel, which is better than ordinary bolts. When used with nuts and washers, it has reliable anti-loosening properties. We provide nuts and washers that match the bolts.
