When installing the rail clamp, after the rail is laid with the composite rubber rail pad, put the rail bolts and rail clamps in the correct position. It should be noted that the rail clamp should be close to the lower flange of the rail. The next step is to install the rail clamp and spring washer and tighten the rail nut to the rubber tongue. Note that the compression of the rubber tongue is about 2-3 mm.
Requirements for allowable deviation of rail installation: The deviation of the centerline position of the track is not more than 5 mm, and the height difference deviation of the rail top surface is less than 5 mm. The deviation of the centerline distance between the two rails is less than 5 mm. The rails in the workshop are often connected with four-hole rail joints. On the types of rails with expansion joints, such as 4 kg/m rails, 38 kg/m rails, 43 kg/m rails, and 50 kg/m rails, flat joints are often used. On the expansion joints of QU 70, QU 80, QU 100, and QU 120 rails, 45° inclined joints with a seam width of 10 mm are widely used.
