Strict Quality Control
To ensure that every fastener delivered to our customers meets contractual requirements, Gnee has established a three-pronged quality assurance system:
- Supplier Traceability System: A strict entry mechanism is implemented. All raw materials must be accompanied by chemical composition and mechanical performance reports and undergo sampling verification by our laboratory. Those that do not meet the standards are resolutely rejected.
- Standardized Production Process: We possess advanced production lines for automated casting, rolling, and spring clip forming. From physical performance testing to salt spray corrosion testing, data is monitored in real time to ensure consistent quality.
Multi-Standard Compatible Manufacturing Capabilities
Due to our deep understanding of multiple international standards such as ASTM, DIN, BS, and JIS, Gnee Rails products are capable of operating in the global railway market. We regularly undergo inspections by internationally recognized testing organizations such as SGS, BV, and ABS to ensure that every order accurately meets local route requirements.
Three-Year Warranty Commitment
We promise to provide a three-year quality guarantee. If any non-human-caused manufacturing defects occur within the warranty period, we promise to complete the return or exchange within 60 days of receiving notification, completely eliminating any concerns for our customers.
